Experience : 3 - 8 years in Salesforce ecosystem; min. 3 yrs hands-on integration/build experience.

Proficiency requirement : L4+ (of 5) in MuleSoft OR OmniStudio, with working-level (L2+) in the other.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (APIs, RTF/CloudHub, DataWeave).

- Build and configure OmniStudio components (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors) for guided process automation.

- Translate business requirements into scalable integration/solution designs; participate in technical design reviews.

- Troubleshoot integration failures, performance bottlenecks, and data sync issues across environments.

- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, and QA to ensure end-to-end solution integrity.

- Support release/deployment activities (CI/CD, sandboxes to production) and document technical designs.

Required Skills :

- MuleSoft: API-led connectivity, Anypoint Studio, DataWeave, API Manager.

- OmniStudio: FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors.

- Salesforce platform fundamentals (Apex, LWC, Flow) - working knowledge.

- Experience with REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, OAuth.

- Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I, MuleSoft Certified Developer, OmniStudio Developer.

- Soft Skills: Client-facing communication, cross-functional collaboration, ability to work in agile delivery teams.
