Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce Development & Architecture :

- Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and APEX

- Define scalable integration architecture between Salesforce and enterprise applications

- Provide technical leadership and best-practice guidance to Salesforce development teams

Integration & API Management :

- Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, and HTTP-based APIs

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems, middleware platforms, and third-party applications

- Ensure reliable data exchange, error handling, and transaction management

- Build and manage real-time and batch integrations

PeopleSoft Integration :

- Design and support integrations between Salesforce and PeopleSoft (HR, Finance, or ERP systems)

- Ensure data consistency and synchronization across platforms

Security, Performance & Governance :

- Implement Salesforce security models, authentication, and authorization for integrations

- Ensure compliance with data protection, audit, and regulatory requirements

- Optimize API performance, limits, and system reliability

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Work closely with business, functional, and IT teams to gather integration requirements

- Translate business needs into technical integration solutions

- Support testing, UAT, and production deployments

Mandatory Skills :

- 9+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

- Strong expertise in :

1. APEX

2. Lightning Web Components (LWC)

3. Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming)

- Proven experience in Salesforce integrations with external / third-party systems

- Salesforce Integration Architect Certification (mandatory)

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with PeopleSoft integration

- Knowledge of middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.)

- Experience with enterprise integration patterns

- Understanding of cloud security and API governance
