Role Overview :

As a Salesforce Health Cloud Architect, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing innovative solutions that transform the healthcare experience. You will collaborate closely with clients, business analysts, and development teams to understand complex business requirements and translate them into robust, scalable, and secure Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.

Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of healthcare delivery, improving patient outcomes, and driving efficiency for healthcare organizations. You will be a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the intricacies of the Salesforce platform and the unique challenges of the healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect comprehensive Salesforce Health Cloud solutions that align with client's business objectives and regulatory requirements.

- Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.

- Develop and maintain data models within Salesforce Health Cloud, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.

- Integrate Salesforce Health Cloud with other healthcare systems and platforms, leveraging HL7 standards and other integration technologies.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, guiding them in the development of custom Apex code, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce platform technologies.

- Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure the quality and maintainability of Salesforce solutions.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce solutions, including architecture diagrams, data models, and technical specifications.

- Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce Health Cloud features and capabilities, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage them to improve client solutions.

- Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and technical presentations.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, including experience with patient management, care coordination, and clinical data management.

- Proven expertise in Salesforce architecture, including data modeling, security, and integration.

- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce platform technologies.

- Deep understanding of healthcare industry standards, including HL7 and HIPAA.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
