2. Required Technical Skill Set: Salesforce Health Cloud, LWC, Omni studio, Apex, Lightning, Agentforce

3. Desired Experience Range: 5+ years

4. Location of Requirement: Offshore (Delhi NCR, Chennai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata)

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency):

Must-Have:

- 5 to 12 years of professional experience in Salesforce development with focus on Health Cloud.

- Salesforce Health Cloud, LWC, Apex, Agentforce Salesforce development and Solution designing with focus on Health Cloud.

- Salesforce Lightning, Lightning Web Components and Vlocity Omnistudio Framework, Apex, Triggers, Flows, Visualforce development and Solution designing.

- Experience with Salesforce Integration using REST, SOAP and third-party tools.

- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Omnistudio Developer and Consultant are a plus.

Good-to-Have:

- Result-focused, team-oriented professional with a strong work ethic.

- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience and prepare clear and concise written documentation.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:

1. Development and Maintenance: Develop, solution design, and maintain Salesforce Health Cloud applications, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce tech like Apex, LWC, and flows.

2. Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and other team members to gather integration requirements.

3. Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews to ensure integration quality and adherence to coding standards.

4. Technical Innovation: Able to perform PoC and PoVs for Salesforce applications.

5. Best Practices: Implement best practices in integration development, including error handling, message logging, and security.

6. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure smooth data flow and system interactions.

7. Lifecycle Management: Participate in the full integration development lifecycle between Salesforce Health Cloud and third parties using APIs.

8. Standards Compliance: Conduct code reviews to ensure integration quality and adherence to coding standards.

9. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and industry trends and apply them to projects when appropriate.

10. Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
