- Gather and analyze business requirements from healthcare stakeholders

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution design

- Configure and implement Salesforce Health Cloud solutions

- Work closely with technical teams for customization and integrations

- Conduct workshops, requirement discussions, and solution demos

- Support UAT, training, and deployment activities

- Ensure best practices in Salesforce implementation and healthcare compliance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions

Required Skills :

- 5 to 9 years of experience in Salesforce (Functional role)

- Hands-on experience in Salesforce Health Cloud

- Strong understanding of healthcare domain (patients, providers, care plans, etc.)

- Experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD preparation

- Knowledge of Salesforce configuration (Flows, Validation Rules, Profiles, etc.)

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud / Sales Cloud

- Exposure to integrations (HL7, FHIR, APIs)

- Knowledge of Agile methodology

- Salesforce certifications (Admin / Health Cloud Consultant preferred)
