Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, effective solutions.
- Oversee integrations with external systems such as EHRs (Electronic Health Records), patient portals, and other third-party tools.
- Ensure solutions adhere to industry compliance standards like HIPAA and HITRUST.
- Design workflows, data models, and processes to enhance patient engagement and care coordination.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and administrators.
- Perform regular system audits, health checks, and recommend optimizations.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features relevant to Health Cloud.
Requirements :
1. Salesforce Experience : 7+ years of experience with Salesforce platform, including Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
2. Healthcare Industry Experience : 4+ year of experience working in the healthcare industry, including knowledge of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and patient engagement strategies.
3. Programming Skills : Strong programming skills in Apex, Java, or other programming languages.
4. Data Management : Experience with data management, including data modeling, data warehousing, and data analytics.
5. Security and Compliance : Knowledge of healthcare industry security and compliance standards, including HIPAA and HITRUST.
6. Strong Problem-Solving Skills : Strong problem-solving skills, including ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues.
7. Excellent Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills, including ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have :
1. Salesforce Certifications : Salesforce certifications, including Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
2. Experience with Other Healthcare Systems : Experience with other healthcare systems, including EHRs, medical billing systems, and patient engagement platforms.
3. Knowledge of Healthcare Regulations : Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, ICD-10, and Meaningful Use.
4. Experience with Agile Methodologies : Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
5. Experience with Version Control Systems : Experience with version control systems, including Git and SVN.
