Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud professional to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud implementation, customization, integration, and support.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable healthcare-focused CRM solutions that enhance patient engagement, care coordination, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Salesforce Health Cloud platform.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Configure and customize Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Visualforce.

- Implement Health Cloud features including Care Plans, Patient Management, Provider Management, and Clinical Data Models.

- Integrate Salesforce with external healthcare systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.

- Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards, security, and data privacy requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, business analysts, QA, and architects.

- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize system performance.

- Participate in deployment activities, CI/CD processes, and release management.

- Provide technical guidance and best practices to junior team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.

- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security, sharing rules, and governor limits.

- Experience working with healthcare workflows and patient-centric applications.

- Knowledge of HL7/FHIR integrations is a strong advantage.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Git, and deployment processes.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, or Health Cloud Accredited Professional are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Insurance domains.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
