Salesforce Health Cloud Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder discussions and workshops.

- Analyze healthcare workflows and translate business needs into functional requirements.

- Collaborate with Salesforce consultants and development teams to design effective Health Cloud solutions.

- Prepare user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and test scenarios.

- Support UAT, change management, and user training activities.

- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience with Salesforce.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience in Agile methodologies, requirement gathering, and solution design.

- Healthcare domain experience is highly preferred.
