Role : Salesforce HCM / Employee Central Architect

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce HCM Architect with 810 years of relevant experience and strong expertise in Salesforce Employee Central (SF-EC).

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SF-EC along with at least 1 to 2 additional Salesforce HCM modules.

The candidate will be responsible for leading the technical team, engaging directly with the customer, understanding business requirements, and providing scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and provide technical direction to the Salesforce/HCM team.

- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer discussions.

- Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

- Design and architect solutions across Salesforce Employee Central (SF-EC) and other HCM modules.

- Conduct solution discussions, technical workshops, and requirement clarification sessions with customers.

- Guide the team on Salesforce architecture, development standards, integrations, and best practices.

- Review technical designs and ensure solutions align with Salesforce architecture and implementation standards.

- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and potential solution gaps.

- Collaborate with functional, technical, and client stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance to developers and consultants.

- Support solution estimation, technical documentation, and implementation planning.

Must-Have Skills :

- 8 to 10 years of Salesforce / HCM experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Employee Central (SF-EC).

- Experience in at least 1 to 2 additional HCM/Salesforce modules.

- Strong Salesforce solution architecture experience.

- Experience leading technical teams.

- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to independently understand requirements and propose solutions.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Experience working with North American clients is preferred.

- Ability to work in IST hours.

Preferred Skills :

- Salesforce certifications relevant to Architecture/HCM.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations and enterprise architecture.

- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

- Strong documentation and solution-design skills.
