Core Responsibilities :

- Architecture & Design : Define the technical architecture for Salesforce solutions, including data models, APIs, and security protocols.

- Integration Leadership : Oversee complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware to connect Salesforce with external systems.

- DevOps & Governance : Implement best practices for Salesforce DX, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.

- Team Leadership : Mentor a team of developers and admins, conducting code reviews and ensuring technical excellence.

- Stakeholder Management : Translate high-level business requirements into technical specifications and communicate progress to non-technical leadership.

Required Qualifications :

- Expertise : Mastery of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce architecture.

- Security : Deep understanding of Salesforce shield, sharing models, and compliance governance.
