Job Description

Salesforce FSL Developer

Experience: 4+ Years

Location: New Delhi (Onsite)

Local to NCR Only, Immediate Joiners (Serving Notice only)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions.

- Configure and enhance Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources, Territories, Work Types, and Scheduling Policies.

- Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce Pages, and Flows.

- Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.

- Configure automation using Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.

- Optimize field service scheduling, dispatching, and mobile workforce solutions.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely enhancements and bug fixes.

- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

- Participate in code reviews, deployments, and release management activities.

- Follow Salesforce development best practices, security standards, and documentation processes.

Required Skills:

- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Strong experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).

- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Visualforce.

- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and FSL data model.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows and automation tools.

- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrations.

- Experience with Git, Copado, Gearset, or other CI/CD tools.

- Knowledge of Salesforce Mobile App and Field Service Mobile application.

- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
