Key Responsibilities :

- Create Low-Level Designs (LLDs), component designs, and technical tasks based on the architect's High-Level Design (HLD).

- Lead, mentor, and guide senior developers and developers, including work allocation and deliverable reviews.

- Own code reviews, static code analysis, unit-test coverage, and deployment readiness.

- Design and develop complex Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, and Integration Procedures.

- Configure and customise Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), including its data model.

- Build and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, and Platform Events.

- Manage source-control branching, CI/CD pipelines, and environment promotions in collaboration with DevOps teams.

- Drive performance tuning, Salesforce governor-limit management, and production readiness.

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines.

Total Experience : 6-10 years

Required Candidate Profile :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.com development.

- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Salesforce Flow, and OmniStudio.

- Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) data model and configuration.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP callouts, Named Credentials, and Platform Events.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with deployment tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps.

- Proven ability to lead development teams, review code, and drive technical delivery.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce performance optimisation and governor limits.

Desirable Skills & Certifications :

- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.

- Salesforce OmniStudio Developer certification.

- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Accredited Professional certification.
