Position : Salesforce FSC Developer / Lead

Experience : 5+ Years (Minimum 2 years in recent Salesforce FSC projects)

Location : Hyderabad / Bangalore

Work Mode : Work from Office (5 Days)

Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce FSC professional who will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud across business units.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Salesforce FSC implementations and enhancements across projects

- Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into functional and technical solutions

- Prepare documentation such as BRD, FSD, user stories, use cases, and RTM

- Design and configure Salesforce solutions including flows, validation rules, and custom objects

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project success

- Manage Agile ceremonies and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

- Oversee UAT processes and ensure smooth deployment and adoption

- Support data migration, integration, and ETL activities

- Provide leadership in project and team management

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 5 years of Salesforce experience, with at least 2 years in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud

- Strong understanding of financial services domain and processes

- Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and customization

- Expertise in requirement analysis, business process mapping, and documentation

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations (APIs, MuleSoft, etc.)

- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Tableau

- Understanding of data migration and ETL processes

- Exposure to other Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing) is an added advantage

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience in project and team management

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce Administrator and/or FSC Consultant Certification

- Bachelors degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field

- Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools
