We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Consultant to design, implement, and optimize CRM solutions for banking and financial services clients. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

- Customize FSC using declarative tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and Lightning Experience.

- Manage data models including households, financial accounts, and client relationships.

- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to ensure successful delivery.

- Support data migration, system enhancements, and post-implementation activities.

- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and industry standards.

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Understanding of the FSC data model, including Household and Relationship Management.

- Experience in the Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance, or FinTech domain.

- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration tools such as Flows, Reports, and Dashboards.

- Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and Lightning Experience.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
