Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Engineer to lead the design and implementation of complex healthcare solutions on the Salesforce Health Cloud platform.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between clinical data requirements and technical architecture, working closely with cross-functional product teams, clinical stakeholders, and external partners to build robust, scalable applications.

You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end development lifecycle, ensuring that our digital health ecosystem remains secure, compliant, and highly performant.

By leveraging your deep expertise in healthcare interoperability and Salesforce engineering, you will directly influence patient outcomes and operational efficiency, transforming how our customers interact with critical health data in a secure, HIPAA-compliant environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop high-performance solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components to meet evolving clinical workflow requirements.

- Integrate Salesforce Health Cloud with external EHR/EMR systems by leveraging FHIR and HL7 standards to ensure seamless data interoperability.

- Design and optimize complex SOQL/SOSL queries and data models to support large-scale healthcare datasets while maintaining system performance.

- Implement and manage robust CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to ensure high-quality, automated, and frequent software releases.

- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to enforce HIPAA standards across all development phases, safeguarding sensitive patient information.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and provide technical mentorship to junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated mastery in building enterprise-grade applications on Salesforce Health Cloud, with a deep understanding of the healthcare data model.

- Proven ability to design and maintain integrations involving FHIR and HL7 protocols, ensuring data integrity across disparate EMR/EHR platforms.

- Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce configuration, coupled with a strong grasp of SOQL/SOSL for complex data retrieval.

- Expertise in modern DevOps methodologies, including the configuration and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment cycles.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex clinical requirements into secure, scalable, and user-centric technical solutions.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate within distributed, remote-first teams.

- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, supported by 8 - 12 years of relevant professional experience.

- High degree of adaptability and self-motivation, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, remote work environment while maintaining high standards of code quality and documentation.
