Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement complex Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components to meet evolving business needs.

- Design and configure Salesforce Service Cloud environments to optimize customer support workflows and improve user productivity.

- Lead the migration and modernization of legacy Visualforce pages into modern Lightning-based interfaces to enhance platform performance.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to perform technical feasibility studies and provide architectural recommendations for new feature requests.

- Conduct rigorous code reviews and implement best practices to ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of the Salesforce ecosystem.

- Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues to minimize downtime and ensure seamless business operations for end-users.
