Job Requirements:

- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud implementation, customization, and support.

- Expertise in Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.

- Strong knowledge of Case Management, Entitlements, Knowledge Management, Omni-Channel, Queues, and Service Console.

- Experience in Salesforce configuration.

- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and third-party integrations.

- Good understanding of Salesforce Security Model.

- Knowledge of Salesforce deployment tools, Git, and release management processes.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.

- Salesforce Administrator Certification.

- Exposure to Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.

- Experience with CI/CD and Salesforce DX (SFDX).
