Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer Service Cloud to design, develop, and support scalable customer service solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development expertise, proven end-to-end Service Cloud implementation experience, and a solid understanding of Salesforce development best practices and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.

- Deliver end-to-end Service Cloud implementations, including configuration, customization, and deployment.

- Develop and maintain Salesforce components using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Aura, and Lightning Flows.

- Implement standard Salesforce customizations such as case management, service console, Omni-Channel, CTI, macros, workflows, approval processes, and reports/dashboards.

- Perform unit testing, peer code reviews, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best coding practices.

- Manage and support the Salesforce development and deployment lifecycle, including sandbox strategy, version control, and release management.

- Utilize CI/CD pipelines and code quality tools to ensure reliable, secure, and high-quality deployments.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues related to Service Cloud functionality.

- Collaborate closely with functional consultants, architects, and customer service stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, including at least one end-to-end Service Cloud implementation project.

- Proficiency in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning (Aura), and Lightning Flows.

- Solid experience in standard Salesforce configuration and customization.

- Strong understanding of unit testing, peer reviews, and Salesforce development best practices.

- Experience with Salesforce development and deployment lifecycle, including CI/CD tools and code quality practices.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Mandatory Requirement :

- Salesforce Service Cloud certification (Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant or equivalent).
