Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and customize solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud based on business requirements.

- Work extensively with the Lead-to-Opportunity process and complete Sales lifecycle.

- Develop custom functionality using Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Write and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries for data retrieval and processing.

- Design and implement Salesforce Flows and declarative automation to automate business processes.

- Perform Salesforce configuration and customization, including objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules.

- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

- Implement and manage Salesforce security using Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, and Sharing Rules.

- Troubleshoot, test, and support Salesforce applications, automations, customizations, and integrations.

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.

- Strong understanding of the Lead-to-Opportunity and Sales lifecycle.

- Hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, LWC, SOQL, and SOSL.

- Strong experience with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.

- Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.

- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.

- Good understanding of Salesforce security, Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, and Sharing.
