We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Platform Engineer to design, develop, and maintain solutions on the Salesforce ecosystem. The role focuses on leveraging Lightning, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce, while integrating external systems through robust REST APIs and ensuring data integrity across relational databases. The ideal candidate thrives in Agile or Waterfall environments and brings a strong architectural mindset to system integration projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize solutions using Salesforce Lightning framework, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.

- Implement and maintain integrations with Agentforce and other external platforms via REST APIs, ensuring proper development, deployment, and governance.

- Architect and execute data integration strategies across relational databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, and Oracle.

Required Skills :

- Expertise in Salesforce platform functionalities, including Lightning framework, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.

- Experience in Agentforce.

- Proficiency in REST API principles and API development, deployment, and governance.

- Strong understanding of system and data integration architecture and relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).

- Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
