Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud. The candidate should have hands-on experience in developing custom solutions, implementing integrations with external systems, and working with complex databases.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement custom solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud

- Build integrations with external systems using APIs / REST / SOAP

- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and automation

- Develop custom scripts, workflows, and automation processes

- Troubleshoot and enhance existing Salesforce implementations

- Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience

- Strong experience with Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud

- Experience in customising WhatsApp and Live Chat in Service Cloud

- Experience in custom development and Salesforce integrations

- Strong SQL and database querying skills

- Experience with APIs and system integrations

- Good problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred :

- Salesforce certifications

- Experience with AMPscript, SSJS, or Marketing Cloud automation tools
