Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer/Admin with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development, administration, configuration, automation, integrations, and business process support.

The ideal candidate should have 7 to 10 years of Salesforce experience and good exposure to Manufacturing Cloud or manufacturing-related business processes. Prior experience working in the semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, or high-tech industry is highly preferred.

This role requires someone who can work directly with senior business stakeholders, understand complex business requirements, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, integrations, automation, reporting, and data management.

The candidate should be comfortable working independently in an onsite contract role and should have strong communication, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce applications, including users, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, security settings, reports, dashboards, flows, and data quality processes.

- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, Salesforce Flow, and Salesforce platform tools.

- Work closely with senior business leaders, business users, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.

- Implement, enhance, and support Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, and other Salesforce applications as required.

- Create and optimize automation solutions using Salesforce Flow, approval processes, validation rules, assignment rules, and other declarative tools.

- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware, and Salesforce integration best practices.

- Support data imports, exports, cleansing, validation, deduplication, migration, and governance activities.

- Troubleshoot Salesforce issues, provide user support, resolve production problems, and drive continuous platform improvements.

- Participate in release management, testing, deployment, change control, and post-deployment support activities.

- Document business requirements, technical designs, configurations, deployment steps, and support procedures.

- Collaborate with business, functional, QA, integration, and development teams in an Agile or structured delivery environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 710 years of overall Salesforce experience with a strong combination of Salesforce Administration and Salesforce Development skills.

- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, automation, and development.

- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Salesforce Flow, Visualforce, validation rules, approval processes, and Salesforce security model.

- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementation, enhancement, or support.

- Good knowledge of Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud or manufacturing-related Salesforce business processes.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, data migration, and third-party system connectivity.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, sharing model, profiles, roles, permission sets, and record-level security.

- Prior experience in semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, or high-tech industry is preferred.

- Good understanding of sales processes, customer operations, account management, service processes, and business process optimization.

- Experience working with senior business stakeholders and translating business needs into Salesforce solutions.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver in a dynamic business environment.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Manufacturing Cloud / Domain Exposure :

The candidate should have practical understanding or exposure to Salesforce solutions used in manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech business environments.

- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products

- Experience with Agile methodologies and Salesforce deployment tools

- Familiarity with ERP integrations and business processes commonly found in semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, or high-tech organizations
