About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer (LWC) to join our team for a long-term, contract-to-hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce applications, focusing on Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex. This is an immediate requirement for a high-impact project with a strong focus on Salesforce Lightning Experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.

- Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and triggers to meet business requirements.

- Build reusable components, modules, and integrations for Lightning Experience.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to gather and understand requirements.

- Participate in the design, code review, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications, workflows, and integrations.

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security guidelines, and organizational standards.

- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior Salesforce developers.

- Support deployment activities, release management, and environment configuration.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of overall IT experience, with minimum 6 years hands-on Salesforce development.

- Strong expertise in :

Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Apex programming
Salesforce Lightning Experience

- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative features.

- Experience with Salesforce integration techniques (REST/SOAP APIs, web services).

- Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, ANT Migration Tool, Salesforce DX).

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills (Optional) :

- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I / II or Salesforce Administrator.

- Experience with Salesforce Communities, Flow Builder, and Process Builder.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in Salesforce.
