Role Overview :

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be at the heart of our technical delivery team, responsible for designing and implementing robust solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and project managers, to translate complex business requirements into high-quality technical designs. Your daily contributions will directly influence the scalability of our client platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences and optimized system performance across diverse enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain complex Lightning Web Components (LWC) to create intuitive and responsive user interfaces that enhance end-user productivity.

- Architect and implement secure integration solutions using SOAP and REST APIs to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and third-party enterprise systems.

- Write clean, scalable, and efficient Apex code, including triggers and classes, to automate business processes and enforce complex validation logic.

- Optimize system performance by writing sophisticated SOQL and SOSL queries to handle large data volumes effectively.

- Manage end-to-end Salesforce configuration, including security models, workflow rules, and process automation, to align the platform with evolving business needs.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot technical bottlenecks and provide innovative solutions that improve overall system reliability.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building modular, reusable Lightning Web Components and managing the full lifecycle of Salesforce development.

- Proficient in designing and consuming complex API integrations, with a deep understanding of authentication protocols and data mapping.

- Strong command of Apex development, including the ability to write bulkified triggers and test classes that adhere to best practices and governor limits.

- Advanced proficiency in data manipulation and retrieval using SOQL and SOSL to support complex reporting and data processing requirements.

- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work model, maintaining high productivity and proactive communication across distributed teams.

- Candidates must possess 5 - 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
