About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced LWC Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development to design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Salesforce Flows, Platform Events, Salesforce DX, and integrations.

You will work closely with business, product, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver robust, maintainable Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain scalable Lightning Web Components (LWC) using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Build custom Salesforce functionality using Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing.

- Design and implement Salesforce Flows for business process automation.

- Work with Platform Events and event-driven Salesforce architectures.

- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications/services using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration mechanisms.

- Use Salesforce DX (SFDX) for development, source control, deployment, and release management.

- Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce technical solutions.

- Perform unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and performance optimization.

- Follow Salesforce development best practices, including governor limits, bulkification, security, and sharing.

- Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, product owners, and business stakeholders.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Maintain technical documentation for developed solutions and integrations.

Must-Have Skills :

- 4 - 8 years of Salesforce development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Strong proficiency in Apex development.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows.

- Experience working with Platform Events.

- Good understanding of Salesforce DX (SFDX) and Salesforce deployment processes.

- Experience developing Salesforce integrations with external systems.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, governor limits, and bulkification.

- Good knowledge of JavaScript and Salesforce Lightning architecture.

- Experience with Git or other version-control systems.

Good to Have :

- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.

- Knowledge of asynchronous Apex, Queueable Apex, Batch Apex, and Future methods.

- Experience with CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps practices.

- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
