Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, Apex, Lightning, integrations, and Salesforce platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and customize Salesforce applications based on business requirements.

- Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes.

- Build user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura where required.

- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and security.

- Develop and integrate REST/SOAP APIs and third-party applications.

- Work with Salesforce data models, SOQL, SOSL, and data migration tools.

- Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

- Troubleshoot application issues and optimize Salesforce solutions.

- Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and governance.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.

- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers where required.

Required Skills:

- 5-10 years of Salesforce development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.

- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud is preferred.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data model, and governor limits.

- Experience with integrations and deployment tools.

- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and Salesforce DevOps practices is an advantage.

- Salesforce Platform Developer certification is preferred.
