About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our Engineering AI & Data team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, Salesforce leads, product managers, and stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that drive business transformation and enhance customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce integrations, and platform optimization, along with excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.

As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce applications, modernizing legacy systems, and building scalable integrations aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce Development & Customization :

- Design, develop, and maintain complex Apex services, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce customizations

- Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performing Salesforce solutions

- Develop reusable LWCs supporting :

1. Sales analytics

2. Approval workflows

3. Guided selling

4. Go-to-market (GTM) user experiences

Integrations & API Development :

- Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise applications and custom microservices

- Work with :

1. REST APIs

2. SOAP APIs

3. Bulk APIs

4. Platform Events

5. Middleware solutions

- Design and implement event-driven and API-based integrations

Performance Optimization & Modernization :

- Optimize Apex, SOQL, asynchronous processing, and integrations for :

1 Performance

2. Scalability

3. Governor limit safety

- Refactor and modernize legacy Apex code, Flows, and automation processes

- Improve system reliability, observability, and maintainability

Troubleshooting & Support :

- Perform root cause analysis for high-impact GTM and sales system issues

- Drive durable fixes and continuous platform improvements

- Ensure platform stability and operational excellence

Documentation & Collaboration :

- Create and maintain technical documentation including :

1. Data models

2. Integration specifications

3. Sequence diagrams

4. Release notes

- Collaborate closely with Salesforce leads, senior developers, product managers, and stakeholders on solution design and delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

Strong hands-on experience in :

- Apex Development

- Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- SOQL/SOSL

- Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

API & Integration Experience :

- Hands-on experience with :

1. REST APIs

2. SOAP APIs

3. Bulk APIs

- API design, development, and management

- Experience working with middleware integration platforms

DevOps & Agile :

- Experience supporting Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using :

1. Copado

2. Git-based workflows

3. Similar deployment tools

- Experience working in Scrum/Agile development environments

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities

- Self-driven with the ability to manage ambiguity and escalations

Desired Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
