Salesforce Developer

Experience : 4 to 12 years

Location : Bangalore (Mandatory: 3 days/week from client office)

Interview Mode : Face-to-face customer interview in Bangalore (Outstation candidates will not be considered)

Key Requirements :

- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Salesforce (SFDC)

- Strong hands-on expertise in :

1. Complex Apex Triggers (bulkified, governor-limit compliant)

2. Asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Future methods)

3. Custom exception handling

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with 4- 12 years of experience and strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and integrations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions

- Work extensively on Apex, LWC, Aura components, and integrations

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate requirements

- Ensure best practices in coding, performance, and security

- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions

Technical Skills :

Mandatory :

- Salesforce Apex

- Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- Aura Components

Good to Have :

- Salesforce Integrations (REST, SOAP, Streaming APIs, Events)

Additional Requirements :

- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)

- Proficiency in Salesforce APIs and development tools

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application/System Architect) are a plus
