Job Description :

Altimetrik is looking for a Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on development experience to join our growing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce platform development, Lightning framework, and integrations, with the ability to design and implement scalable solutions for enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.

- Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components to create responsive and scalable user interfaces.

- Develop Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes to support business logic and system automation.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

- Work closely with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

- Manage deployments and release cycles using Salesforce DevOps tools.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and performance optimization.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce development and integrations.

Required Skills :

- 4 - 6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Strong expertise in Apex development (Triggers, Classes, Batch, Schedulers).

- Experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components.

- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Flosum.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations using REST & SOAP APIs.

- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I / II.

- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.

- Exposure to version control systems like Git.
