Salesforce Senior Technical / Development Lead Offshore:

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Technical / Development Lead to lead the offshore Salesforce development team. The candidate will be responsible for technical design, estimation, hands-on development, code reviews, unit testing, and overall quality of offshore development deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead offshore Salesforce development activities.

- Analyze requirements and estimate development effort.

- Design scalable Salesforce solutions.

- Develop using Apex and Lightning Web Components.

- Develop Salesforce integrations and APIs.

- Write and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries.

- Perform unit testing and troubleshoot defects.

- Conduct peer and code reviews.

- Ensure development standards and best practices are followed.

- Coordinate with onshore technical leads and project teams.

- Support Salesforce deployments and release management.

- Mentor junior and senior developers.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Required Skills:

- 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.

- Strong Apex development experience.

- Strong Lightning Web Components (LWC) experience.

- Strong Salesforce integration / API experience.

- Strong SOQL / SOSL knowledge.

- JavaScript and front-end development experience.

- Salesforce deployment and DevOps experience.

- Experience leading offshore development teams.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce security and architecture.

- Excellent communication skills.

Preferred:

- Salesforce Platform Developer II.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I.

- Experience with Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud.

- Experience with Salesforce CI/CD tools.
