Role Overview :

As a Senior Salesforce Developer with expertise in Informatica, you will serve as a critical bridge between complex data ecosystems and the Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining robust integration pipelines that ensure seamless data flow across enterprise environments. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and stakeholders, you will translate intricate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Your work will directly influence the efficiency of data-driven decision-making processes and ensure the integrity and performance of our clients' CRM environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end integration solutions using Informatica IICS and Power Center to synchronize data between legacy systems and Salesforce.

- Develop high-performance Apex classes, triggers, and controllers to extend Salesforce functionality and support complex business logic.

- Execute large-scale data migration projects, ensuring data quality, mapping accuracy, and minimal downtime during cutover phases.

- Optimize SOQL and SOSL queries to enhance the performance of Salesforce applications and integration interfaces.

- Collaborate with technical architects to define data integration patterns and best practices for Informatica IDMC implementations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration bottlenecks to maintain high availability and reliability of data pipelines.

- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to uphold high standards of coding quality and architectural integrity.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Informatica Cloud (IICS), Informatica IDMC, and Power Center for building sophisticated ETL workflows.

- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce development, specifically in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Integration patterns.

- Proven ability to manage complex data migration lifecycles, including data cleansing, transformation, and validation strategies.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable code in fast-paced environments.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid or distributed team model across Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Pune, Noida, and Indore locations.

- A minimum of 7 to 12 years of professional experience in a similar technical capacity.
