Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Financial Services, Sales & Service Cloud Developer to design, develop, configure, and support Salesforce solutions for the Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud, along with expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and Salesforce integrations. The role focuses on delivering secure, scalable, and customer-centric CRM solutions that support customer onboarding, relationship management, servicing, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, customize, and maintain solutions using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.

- Configure FSC data models, customer profiles, householding, relationship mapping, and industry-specific capabilities.

- Develop reusable components using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Salesforce Flows.

- Support customer onboarding, lead and opportunity management, case management, and customer servicing processes.

- Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft-enabled services where applicable.

- Implement Salesforce security using profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, roles, and field-level security.

- Participate in solution design, code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and production support.

- Troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and support regression testing and release activities.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the project lifecycle.
