Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Industries (Communications Cloud / Vlocity) developer with 5-8 years of overall experience and strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce product implementations. The role requires deep functional and technical knowledge of Communications Cloud, OmniStudio, and Salesforce Industries Orchestration, with proven experience in delivering end-to-end telecom and communications solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and contribute to end-to-end Salesforce Industries (Communications Cloud) implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, development, and deployment.

- Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Industries Orchestration for order fulfillment and service delivery across multiple systems.

- Build and manage orchestration processes including decomposition, dependency management, task sequencing, and exception handling.

- Develop and maintain solutions using OmniStudio components :

1. OmniScripts

2. DataRaptors (Extract, Load, Transform, Turbo Extract)

3. Integration Procedures

4. FlexCards

- Configure and customize Vlocity/Industries data models, Product Catalog, CPQ, and Order Management for Communications Cloud.

- Design integrations between Salesforce Industries and downstream systems (billing, provisioning, inventory, network systems) using APIs and middleware.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and external system teams to ensure seamless orchestration and order lifecycle management.

- Support data migration, order orchestration testing, SIT, UAT, and production rollout.

- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to junior team members.

- Ensure implementation aligns with Salesforce Industries best practices, performance standards, and security guidelines.

- Create and maintain solution designs, orchestration flows, technical documentation, and deployment artifacts.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Industries Orchestration, including :

1. Order orchestration lifecycle

2. Task-based orchestration

3. Decomposition and fulfillment flows

- Integration with external fulfillment systems

- Strong expertise in OmniStudio :

1. OmniScripts

2. DataRaptors

3. Integration Procedures

4. FlexCards

- Proven experience in Salesforce product implementations within the telecom/communications domain (B2B or B2C).

- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including :

1. Apex, SOQL, Lightning Experience

2. Security model, profiles, roles, and sharing rules

- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and event-driven architectures.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as in agile, cross-functional teams.

Good to Have :

- Salesforce Industries or Salesforce platform certifications.

- Experience with Communications Cloud CPQ, Product Catalog, and Order Management.

- Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps tools for Salesforce.

- Experience working in large-scale, enterprise Salesforce multi-cloud environments.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
