As a Salesforce Developer at IGT Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions that drive business value for our global clientele.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and stakeholders, to translate complex requirements into robust technical implementations.

This role is instrumental in ensuring the seamless integration of Salesforce ecosystems, directly impacting the efficiency of our clients' customer-facing operations and internal workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components to meet specific business requirements.

- Configure and manage Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments to optimize user productivity and data accuracy.

- Develop and maintain complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs and Mulesoft to ensure seamless data flow across the enterprise.

- Execute data migration and transformation tasks using SSIS to maintain data integrity across legacy and modern platforms.

- Perform comprehensive unit testing and debugging to ensure the delivery of high-quality, bug-free code in production environments.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support for existing Salesforce implementations.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce development, including deep expertise in Apex, Triggers, and the Salesforce administrative framework.

- Proven ability to configure and manage Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules to support complex business processes.

- Strong technical capability in building and managing integrations via REST APIs and Mulesoft.

- Hands-on experience with SSIS for effective data management and integration tasks.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, with a commitment to being on-site in the Gurugram office for two days per week.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience.
