Salesforce Developer

Role Overview :

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be a pivotal force in designing, developing, and deploying innovative Salesforce solutions that drive business efficiency and enhance user experience. Your day-to-day will involve hands-on coding, configuration, and customization within the Salesforce platform, translating complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, and other engineering teams to understand needs, define scope, and deliver high-quality, scalable applications. This role directly impacts our internal teams by streamlining operations, automating critical workflows, and providing intuitive tools, ultimately contributing to improved customer satisfaction and the company's strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement custom Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for business users to automate critical processes and improve operational efficiency.

- Design and configure Salesforce solutions using standard functionalities such as workflows, process builders, and validation rules to meet specific business requirements.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications using APIs and middleware to ensure seamless data flow and comprehensive business operations.

- Conduct thorough unit, integration, and user acceptance testing of developed solutions to ensure high quality, reliability, and adherence to functional specifications.

- Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for existing Salesforce applications to ensure system stability and optimal performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into clear, actionable technical designs and user stories.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, coding standards, and best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem to foster a culture of excellence.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce development technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, SOQL, and SOSL.

- Proven ability to design, develop, and implement scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions that align with architectural best practices.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a knack for translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline, providing a strong foundation in software development principles.
