Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with 56 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning technologies, Apex programming, Visualforce, and Salesforce platform customization.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining Salesforce applications while collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality CRM solutions.

The role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, integrations, reporting, and platform development, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce Development & Customization :

- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.

- Develop custom applications using Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Customize standard Salesforce objects, workflows, page layouts, validation rules, and business processes.

- Build scalable and reusable components using Salesforce Lightning Framework.

- Develop and maintain Visualforce pages and custom controllers.

- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.

Salesforce Configuration :

Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.

Create and maintain :

- Custom Objects

- Fields

- Record Types

- Profiles

- Permission Sets

- Validation Rules

- Workflow Rules

- Approval Processes

- Process Builder Flows

- Lightning Flows

- Support business process automation initiatives across multiple departments.

- Ensure proper security and data access controls within Salesforce.

Lightning Development :

- Design and develop Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Develop Aura Components and Lightning Pages.

- Build responsive and user-friendly Lightning applications.

- Migrate legacy Visualforce components to Lightning where applicable.

- Optimize Lightning application performance and user experience.

Apex Development :

- Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex jobs.

- Implement scalable business logic following Salesforce governor limits and best practices.

- Develop custom REST and SOAP services.

- Optimize existing Apex code for performance and maintainability.

- Implement exception handling and logging mechanisms.

Integration Development :

Design and implement Salesforce integrations with external systems.

Develop and consume :

- REST APIs

- SOAP APIs

- Platform Events

- Web Services

- Work with WSDL-based integrations.

- Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications, third-party systems, and cloud platforms.

- Implement secure authentication mechanisms including OAuth and Connected Apps.

- Troubleshoot integration and data synchronization issues.
