Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with 35 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience to design, develop, and enhance enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Integrations, and Platform Customization, with the ability to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing applications aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.

- Configure and customize Service Cloud solutions including case management, workflows, automation, knowledge management, and service processes.

- Develop and optimize Salesforce Flows, Process Automation, Validation Rules, Triggers, and Approval Processes.

- Build reusable and scalable Lightning components while following Salesforce development best practices.

- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Middleware platforms.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and solution architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement performance improvements.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards, security guidelines, and governance practices.

- Support deployment activities using Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD processes.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and deployment artifacts.

- 35 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

1. Salesforce Service Cloud

2. Apex Development

3. Lightning Web Components (LWC)

4. Salesforce Flows & Automation

5. SOQL/SOSL

6. Triggers and Batch Apex

7. Salesforce Security & Sharing Model

- Experience working with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, governor limits, and platform best practices.

- Experience with Git-based version control and Salesforce deployment tools.

- Knowledge of Salesforce DX (SFDX), DevOps, and CI/CD practices is preferred.

- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.

- Experience with Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Omni-Channel is an added advantage.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

- Salesforce Platform Developer II or other Salesforce certifications preferred.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
