Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our growing CRM and enterprise applications team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex programming, and API integrations. The role involves designing, developing, and enhancing scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications and solutions.

- Develop and implement scalable solutions using :

i. Apex

ii. Lightning Web Components (LWC)

iii. Visualforce

iv. Salesforce APIs

- Build and optimize custom workflows, triggers, classes, validation rules, and automation processes.

- Develop and integrate REST and SOAP APIs with third-party applications and enterprise systems.

- Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, architects, and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

- Enhance user experience and system functionality within the Salesforce platform.

- Perform code reviews, debugging, testing, and deployment activities.

- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.

- Work on Salesforce integrations, data migration, and system enhancements.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.

- Maintain technical documentation and support ongoing platform improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5-10 years of experience in Salesforce development.

- Strong hands-on expertise in :

i. Salesforce Development

ii. Lightning Web Components (LWC)

iii. Apex Programming

iv. REST & SOAP APIs

- Experience developing custom Salesforce applications and integrations.

- Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and best practices.

- Knowledge of Salesforce declarative features including workflows, process builder, and flows.

- Experience with API integrations and web services.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.

- Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

- Familiarity with version control systems and deployment processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
