About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development and customization. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Apex, Lightning technologies, integrations, and Salesforce best practices to build scalable and high-performing solutions.

Key Skills & Requirements :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development.

- Strong proficiency in :

i. Apex

ii. Visualforce

iii. Lightning Web Components (LWC)

iv. Aura Components

- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security architecture, profiles, roles, and sharing rules.

- Hands-on experience with :

i. Triggers

ii. Workflows

iii. Process Builder

iv. Salesforce Flows

- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and deployment processes.

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and understand requirements.

- Customize and enhance Salesforce applications based on business needs.

- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems.

- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and support QA/UAT activities.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and performance optimization best practices.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce Certifications such as :

i. Platform Developer I

ii. Platform Developer II

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
