- Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

- Configure and customize Salesforce applications based on business requirements.

- Develop workflows, process builders, validation rules, and automation processes.

- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and APIs.

- Perform data migration, data cleansing, and data management activities.

- Create reports, dashboards, and custom objects.

- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce application issues.

- Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders.

- Participate in code reviews and deployment activities.

- Ensure best practices in Salesforce security and governance.

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform.

- Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

- Experience in Salesforce configuration and customization.

- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.

- Understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools and CI/CD processes.

- Good problem-solving and communication skills.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

- Frameworks and Libraries : Strong experience LWR and LWC frameworks, Apex classes with a focus on reusable components.

- Version Control : Proficiency in using Git/GitHub for source code management and collaborative development.

- Salesforce OOTB Capabilities : Proficiency in Flows, Approval Processes, OWD & Sharing, Record Pages.

- Web Technologies : Advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript for creating dynamic, interactive user interfaces.

- Admin Knowledge : Working knowledge of Salesforce administration tasks, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, and Page Layouts.
