Role Overview :

As a Salesforce Developer you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing custom Salesforce solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.

You will collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to translate business requirements into functional and technical designs.

Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients' Salesforce environments, driving improved business outcomes and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies to meet specific business requirements.

- Design and implement data models and database schemas within the Salesforce platform to ensure data integrity and efficient data management.

- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, and other integration technologies to create seamless data flows and workflows.

- Perform thorough testing of Salesforce solutions, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure quality and reliability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations to maintain system stability and performance.

- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews, to ensure timely and effective project delivery.

- Contribute to the development of technical documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and training materials, to facilitate knowledge transfer and user adoption.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Design System.

- Strong understanding of JavaScript, CSS, JSON, HTML, and related web technologies.

- Experience with Salesforce Administration, including user management, security settings, and data management.

- Ability to design and implement complex data models and database schemas.

- Proven experience with Salesforce API integration and RESTful web services.

- Solid understanding of testing methodologies and experience with unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.

- Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
