- Work closely with business stakeholders and the CRM team to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms.

- Use Salesforce Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and outbound messaging for event-driven architectures. Administer reports, dashboards.

- Design and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules.

- Configure workflow rules, process builder flows, and Lightning flows to automate business processes.

- Design and implement REST and SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and external systems.

- Work with MuleSoft to develop and manage integration flows and connectors.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, data sync failures, and API issues.

- Maintain and optimize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations to support evolving business needs.

- Conduct code reviews and adhere to Salesforce governor limits and performance guidelines.

- Participate in design sessions, technical documentation, and sprint planning.

Mandatory :
