Role Overview:

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be at the heart of our technical delivery team, responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and project managers, to translate complex business requirements into high-performing technical specifications. Your daily contributions will directly influence how our clients manage their customer lifecycles, ensuring that the platform remains agile, secure, and fully integrated with their existing enterprise ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and build custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce to meet specific client business needs.

- Design and maintain complex Salesforce integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs to ensure seamless data flow across the enterprise.

- Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ modules to automate complex pricing, quoting, and contract management processes for our clients.

- Optimize database performance by writing efficient SOQL and SOSL queries to handle large-scale data sets and improve system responsiveness.

- Conduct thorough code reviews and unit testing to maintain high standards of code quality, security, and platform stability.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot technical bottlenecks and implement enhancements that drive user adoption and operational efficiency.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce development with 3 - 10 years of hands-on experience in building enterprise-grade solutions.

- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Integration patterns and the ability to manage complex API-led connectivity between Salesforce and external platforms.

- Proven ability to implement and customize Salesforce CPQ to solve intricate business challenges related to sales operations.

- Deep technical knowledge of SOQL/SOSL for advanced data retrieval and manipulation within the Salesforce environment.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

- A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and a commitment to continuous learning within the Salesforce ecosystem.
