Experience :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.

- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.

- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform customization.

- Strong expertise in Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON, APIs).

- Experience with Salesforce DX, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, permission sets).

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities :

- Operational experience on Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, including setup, customization, and deployment.

- Configure Omni-Channel, Voice routing, CTI flows, call center settings, and agent experience within Salesforce.

- Working knowledge of Amazon Connect (contact flows, queues, routing)

- Understanding of AWS services, particularly : Amazon Connect, AWS Lambda

- Map and manage voice interaction data to Salesforce objects (Cases, Contacts, Activities, Voice Call records)

- Configure Service Console and agent experiences to support voice-enabled workflows

- Provide functional support to Service Cloud agents and supervisors

- Hands-on Development, perform SIT , Support UAT, regression testing, and post-deployment verification

- Collaborate with Salesforce, contact center, and infrastructure teams
