Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud to design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end implementation experience, deep technical knowledge of Salesforce development frameworks, and a solid understanding of deployment and release management processes.

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to implement best-in-class Salesforce solutions while adhering to platform best practices and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.

- Lead and contribute to end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Components, and Lightning Flows.

- Implement and manage integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, including authentication via SSO and OAuth 2.0.

- Leverage Salesforce out-of-the-box (OOB) capabilities while delivering custom solutions when required.

- Ensure compliance with Salesforce Governor Limits, security best practices, and performance standards.

- Perform unit testing, peer code reviews, and ensure adherence to best coding practices and quality standards.

- Participate actively in the development and deployment lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines and version control.

- Work with GIT repositories, code quality tools, and deployment automation frameworks.

- Stay updated with the Salesforce release cycle and continuously evaluate newly released features for adoption.

- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and business teams to ensure smooth releases and high-quality deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Mandatory Skills :

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience exclusively in Salesforce development.

- Proven experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud, including at least one end-to-end implementation project in each cloud.

- Strong proficiency in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning Flows.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce OOB features along with extensive customization experience.

- Experience with REST & SOAP integrations, SSO, and OAuth 2.0 authentication mechanisms.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Governor Limits, security model, and data sharing architecture.

- Experience with unit testing, peer reviews, and coding best practices.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, deployment automation, and code quality frameworks.

Technical & Platform Skills :

- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Components, and modern web/mobile technologies.

- Experience working with version control systems (GIT repositories).

- Understanding of Salesforce development, testing, and deployment lifecycle.
