Description :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC). The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in Salesforce development and the ability to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Key Requirements :

- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Solid experience with Apex Classes, Triggers, and Visualforce.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.

- Experience in Salesforce Lightning Experience customization.

- Proficiency in SOQL and SOSL.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Knowledge of Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, SFDX, CI/CD).

- Good understanding of Salesforce best practices and governor limits.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using LWC and Apex.

- Customize standard and custom Salesforce objects, workflows, and validation rules.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Perform code reviews, testing, and deployments across environments.

- Troubleshoot and resolve performance, security, and scalability issues.

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards and best practices.

- Support integrations with third-party systems as required.

Good to Have :

- Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I / II).

- Experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines.

- Exposure to Salesforce Experience Cloud or Salesforce CPQ.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
