Role Overview :

As a Salesforce Developer at CrossDev Technologies, you will serve as a technical lead responsible for architecting and implementing sophisticated solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and client stakeholders, to translate complex business requirements into high-quality technical designs. Your work will directly influence the efficiency of client operations, ensuring that the Salesforce platform remains a scalable and reliable asset for their business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce to address unique business challenges for our clients.

- Integrate Salesforce with third-party enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware to ensure seamless data flow across the organization.

- Perform rigorous code reviews and technical audits to maintain high standards of performance, security, and scalability within the Salesforce environment.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing long-term stability for critical business processes.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the internal knowledge base to elevate the overall technical proficiency of the engineering team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce development, including deep proficiency in Apex, LWC, and the Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL).

- Proven ability to manage complex integrations and data migration projects within large-scale enterprise environments.

- Strong analytical skills to deconstruct business requirements and translate them into efficient, maintainable technical architectures.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and clients.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Bangalore, demonstrating self-management and a proactive approach to collaborative problem-solving.

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, supported by 6 to 7 years of hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
