The Role :

JRD Systems is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in Salesforce platform development, customization, integrations, automated CI/CD deployment pipelines, and engineering best practices to support business requirements and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities & Impact :

- Platform Customization & Development : Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Salesforce APIs.

- Application Configuration : Configure and customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products as needed. Maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards, and secure access models.

- Integrations : Build and support complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.

- Collaboration : Partner with business analysts, architects, administrators, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.

- Code Quality & Performance : Conduct code reviews, optimize application performance, and follow Salesforce governor-limit and development best practices.

- Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve production issues, defects, and enhancement requests while maintaining platform stability.

- CI/CD & Release Management : Drive release planning, deployment coordination, and automated CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins. Use Copado for end-to-end release management, version-control synchronization, and metadata deployments.

- Documentation & Continuous Improvement : Produce technical documentation, design specifications, and support materials. Track Salesforce platform releases and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience : 5 - 7 years of professional Salesforce development experience.

- Core Salesforce Development : Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and advanced Salesforce Flows.

- Platform & Security : Salesforce security and sharing model, governor limits, platform optimization, and Sales Cloud / Service Cloud implementations.

- Integration & Processing : REST/SOAP APIs, asynchronous processing with Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and Platform Events.

- DevOps & Tooling : Git and hands-on experience with Copado (including Copado Robotic Testing and automated pipelines), Salesforce DX, Gearset, or Jenkins.

- Delivery Methodology : Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks, deployment planning, and CI/CD pipeline practices.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II certifications.

- Additional certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Integration Architect, or Application Architect.

- Experience with Experience Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.

- Advanced knowledge of DevOps engineering practices and automated CI/CD pipeline orchestration.

- Exposure to Salesforce AI capabilities, Agentforce, Einstein, and Data Cloud.
