About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions based on business requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, integrations, and Lightning technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Triggers.

- Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, scheduled jobs, and asynchronous processes.

- Develop reusable and responsive Lightning Web Components.

- Configure Salesforce using Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and other declarative tools.

- Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Work with Salesforce data models, security, profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules.

- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and other developers.

- Follow Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governor limits.

- Support production deployments and post-release issues.

Required Skills:

- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Triggers.

- Experience with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.

- Good understanding of Salesforce data model and security model.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations and REST/SOAP APIs.

- Knowledge of Salesforce deployment and release management.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.

- Experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.

- Knowledge of OmniStudio is an added advantage.

- Experience with Salesforce CLI, Git, and CI/CD tools.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
