Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, integrate, and support enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce Platform Development, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), enterprise integrations, asynchronous processing, and trigger frameworks. You will collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and the Salesforce Lightning Platform.

- Develop scalable and reusable Apex Trigger Frameworks following Salesforce best practices.

- Implement asynchronous processing using Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Scheduled Apex, Future Methods, and Platform Events.

- Build and maintain REST APIs, Apex REST Services, Webhooks, and integrations with enterprise applications.

- Develop robust integration frameworks with logging, monitoring, exception handling, retry mechanisms, and audit tracking.

- Optimize SOQL/SOSL queries while ensuring governor-limit-safe, high-performance development.

- Configure and customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Sites, and Lightning Platform features.

- Implement Salesforce security best practices including Named Credentials, OAuth, Connected Apps, Permission Sets, IP Whitelisting, and Shield Platform Encryption.

- Write comprehensive unit tests and maintain high code coverage.

- Participate in release management, production deployments, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, release notes, and knowledge base articles.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to Salesforce development standards and best practices.

- Enterprise Integrations : REST APIs, Apex REST Services, REST/HTTPS, Webhooks, JSON, XML, Integration with Enterprise Applications, Logging & Monitoring, Exception Handling, Retry Mechanisms, Audit Tracking.

- Security : Named Credentials, OAuth, Connected Apps, Permission Sets, IP Whitelisting, Shield Platform Encryption.

- Development Tools : Salesforce DX (SFDX), Salesforce CLI, Visual Studio Code, Git, Jira, Confluence.

- Methodologies : Agile/Scrum, Code Reviews, CI/CD Awareness, Release Management, Production Support.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5 to 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Strong expertise in designing and developing enterprise-scale Salesforce applications.

- Proven experience in complex Salesforce integrations with external systems.

- Excellent understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and platform best practices.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or System Architect).

- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce deployment automation.

- Exposure to enterprise integration platforms such as MuleSoft is a plus.

- Experience working in large-scale Agile development environments.
